Shipping

Most orders are dispatched the same day payment is processed.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details included.

 

Returns

Only unopened and unused products purchased through www.bloomgrove.com.au may be returned for a refund within seven (7) days following the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to return an order purchased on our site, please contact info@bloomgrove.com.au with your order number and request for a Return Authorisation ("RA").

Please do not send your purchase back to us without an approved RA. Also, please do not send us any product containing cannabis, cannabis concentrates or oils, or nicotine. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are return shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within seven to ten (7-10) business days.
